Returns Policy
Because of the nature of the soaps I sell, I cannot accept returns.
I will refund you if the item sent was a mistake on my part, no returns necessary. Just send me an email with your order number, and I will send you the correct item with a prepaid return package for return.
Please read the description and list of ingredients carefully. The soap you are purchasing can cause irritation (as any other soaps) if you are allergic or sensitive to certain ingredients. If in doubt, I am only an email away.
Shipping
Shipping cost:
In the past few years, we got accustomed to free shipping. Soap is heavy, and if I were to offer free shipping, I would need to add that cost to each bar of soap I sell, which is around $4 per bar. Shipping is calculated and is the price paid to USPS to ship your item.
I do offer occasional free shipping for large orders of soaps, and will advertise on social media when that is the case.
Packaging used:
I use products from Ecoenclose to ship my soaps. They focus on providing small businesses with earth-friendly solutions for their packaging needs.
Processing time:
Estimated time before an order is shipped (leaves my sight) is 3 days. I will send you a notification by email once the order has shipped.
